You know your material. We know how to put it together. This is the unbeatable combination we use when we get together with you to create the text for the audio guide. You provide the input, and we guarantee that the finished text will work as an audio guide.

We work on the principle that texts for audio guides are not like other texts. They guide visitors through the space, suggest what to look at, describe the most interesting details, and yet take them beyond what simply lies in front of them.

Highfalutin language is out; friendly, everyday language is in. We want listeners to feel someone is talking to them, just like a human guide. The individual items mustn't be too long - after all, who wants to stand for ever in one spot? At the same time, the audio guide text mustn't be so short that listeners are left feeling frustrated. Together you and we try to find the golden mean.

We've perfected our approach over the many projects we have already carried out. The starting point is usually a guided tour, a raw text or a collection of information. We use this to build a first draft of the text. It then goes backwards and forwards between you and us until both sides say: Yes! that's exactly what we want!
